Our designers are assigned the task of contacting you twice a year if you purchased the Small Business Plan and four times a year for the Corporate Plan, to discuss with you how your Web site is growing your business and what you can do to improve Internet traffic. Your Web design plan includes updates for your site at no additional charge. We require that all changes be submitted in writing. Any additional changes outside the scope of your plan will be billed to you at our then current maintenance rate.
